Statement jumpers are perfect. Ultimately this is lazy dressing. You chuck on your jumper and voila... you're ready to go. No need for accessories and anything too busy! Much less effort required. This is truly my aim when dressing, make a statement with as little effort as you can and as comfortably as possible.
Recently the varsity letter patch is making its mark. I have always secretly imagined if I were going to an American high school that I would obviously be a cheerleader, with my cute skirt & matching jumper. The reason this hasn't happened, is purely because Im English (nothing to do with my lack of gymnastic experience and coordination...) and the cheer culture isn't as big at university here. Well thats what Im telling myself anyway. But when i went on a hunt for the perfect vintage cheerleader sweater on eBay, this beauty popped up. Im also a huge fan of turtle necks, so this was jumper was a must buy for me. Now I can't give you the exact same one. BUT my next venture is to create my own varsity style jumper/jacket with either sew on or iron on patches and there's a ton on Etsy
Im also in love with my new boots I got for my birthday from my momma. Timberlands, which can be bought from Office. Great for winter months ahead!
