Fedora Hats & Cute Skirts
Any hat is great for adding a bit of interest to an outfit. When it gets chilly a wool or fur felt fedora hat is always a stylish choice. This time I decided to go with a darker brown felt hat. For Autumn and Winter try the typical colours like forest green, burgundy, brown or black for a very Autumnal look.
I kept the color scheme balanced with darks and lights. This way the hat doesn’t overpower the other items but instead the entire outfit is very cohesive.
Over the knee boots are 100% the one thing I could not live without for the winter months. The right pair makes everything look a lot more chic and they're super flattering for your legs and mean we can wear shorter skirts and dresses without freezing our legs off in the winter. I'm literally always shopping for OTK boots and struggling to find the perfect pair that will not only look good, but stay up and also (importantly) go above my knee. So often boots aren't long enough and sit just on the knee and forever slide down. These ones are from Urban Outfitters and I'll link them below.
My skirt is actually an old one from next with little bows all over and does up with a nice little bow clasp at the front. I really love a cute skirt like this. They are so easy to wear in winter with some tights and a turtle neck jumper. It creates a nice feminine shape.
